PSX Revive Return Policy
At PSX Revive, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that returns are only accepted for specific reasons. We sell retro PSPs that are around 15 years old, and while we make every effort to ensure they look as new as possible, very minor scratches are to be expected with such vintage devices.
Order Cancellations:
We try our best to cancel your order if requested after placing it. However, if the item has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order as it is out of our hands.
Return Eligibility:
Returns are only accepted within 30 days of delivery for the following reasons:

Incorrect item received

Functionality issues

Charging issues

Shipping/delivery issues
Please note, since our devices come with custom firmware, updating the device will result in voiding the modding. Returns will not be accepted if the device has been updated, as this compromises the custom modifications. However, we can guide you online to mod the device again if needed.
How to Return:

Contact our customer support team to initiate the return process, including your order number and the reason for return.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a free return label. Please ensure the PSP is packed securely in the same condition and packaging you received it in before shipping.
Important: The item must be shipped within 7 days of receiving your return label. If shipped after 7 days, a 30% penalty will be deducted from the store credit amount due to logistical constraints and restocking complications.
Store Credit and Replacements:
Once we receive and inspect the returned PSP, you can choose between store credit, refund to original payment method or a replacement device, provided the return reasons are met.
